Giants coach Ben McAdoo has a simple message for the team’s faithful: Stay positive.
“We’re not going to panic,” McAdoos said.
“We know that’s the right thing to do.”
A couple weeks ago, the Giants had the worst record in the NFL and were facing the loss of one of their own.
Their offense had been torched by the Chiefs, who were now tied with the Steelers and Patriots.
But it looked like the Giants would make the playoffs.
That is, until the Chiefs scored a touchdown on a trick play by quarterback Alex Smith that made it 28-20.
It was a huge blow to the Giants’ playoff hopes, and it was also the first time in nine years that the Giants lost in the playoffs after winning 10 straight.
The Giants are a year removed from their worst season since 2001 and have lost two in a row after losing four straight.
The loss to Kansas City was the first since they went 6-10 in 2008.
But they’re still 3-0 and have one of the NFL’s best defenses.
They won the NFC West last season, which was good for the NFC’s No. 1 seed.
They’ve won the AFC West twice, including a playoff berth.
McAdoo’s team is now 0-4 on the road, including losing to the New England Patriots in overtime.
The Giants had their way with the Patriots last year, as they outscored them by 34 points.
It seemed like the Patriots were a different team after their victory last season.
But the Giants have had trouble beating the Patriots in the postseason.
The loss to the Patriots was the second time the Giants won in the AFC East, as McAdo said the Patriots’ record in that division is a record that the team would like to change.
The defense, meanwhile, has struggled.
McAdoon said he would like the team to play better against better teams, but he said the offense will be better this season.
The offense, meanwhile is still the best in the league, averaging 36.2 points a game, but that has not translated to wins.
It has averaged 17.2 over the past three seasons, which is a number that is just slightly lower than the team that was 5-3 last year.
Mcadoo said he does not expect the defense to be as good this season as it was last year because of the way the offense is designed.
That would make things tougher for the Giants to get back to their winning ways.
“If I had to put it in a nutshell, the offense, the defense, we have to get better as a team,” Mcadoo added.
“There are still good pieces on the offensive line.
The run game has got to improve.”
McAdoos first year in San Francisco was a success, and the team has the best record in franchise history.
The team is 2-0 against the Chiefs in his first season as coach, but they are 1-2 in his second season.
He is 2,818-23 at San Francisco, including 4-8 in the NFC East.
McADoo has never been a head coach who has won at least 10 games in a season.
This year, the team is 0-5 in that stretch, which also happens to be the longest drought in the history of the franchise.
The only team that has won more games than the Giants has been the Broncos in 1996, who went 10-6.
